Request for an RMA should be sent together with an error report to support@tmsnet.eu. No reclamations will be accepted without an RMA. Following information are required in the report:

  1. Batchnumbers (lotnumbers)
  2. Datecodes
  3. Quantity of faulty products
  4. Quantity of unused products from the same batch
  5. Photos of the defective parts
  6. A test report from a testing laboratory approved by TMSNET may be required if TMSNET deems it necessary.
