Request for an RMA should be sent together with an error report to email@example.com. No reclamations will be accepted without an RMA. Following information are required in the report:
- Batchnumbers (lotnumbers)
- Quantity of faulty products
- Quantity of unused products from the same batch
- Photos of the defective parts
- A test report from a testing laboratory approved by TMSNET may be required if TMSNET deems it necessary.
